Hanzo, the armourer from the Quentin Tarantino film, “Kill Bill”, named after the legendary Ninja fighter, Hattori Hanzo, from the 16th century, actually never intended to forge another sword. But, in the end, he did after all, and fate took its course. Of course, at DOTZ, they do not necessarily need to be persuaded first to produce extravagant tuning rims. In any case, the new Hanzo DOTZ rim is just as sharp as the blades of the great Japanese armourer. And after being installed, it plays a heroic main role, without hiding cowardly between the tyre rubber.

With the new portable navigation systems MAP 680 and MAP 780, Clarion is presenting two premium pathfinders including communication and entertainment functions.

The most significant innovation of both systems is the realistic 3D depiction of the route showing buildings and places of interest. The landscape is depicted three-dimensionally with hills in the streets, underpasses, and bridges. This allows both navigation systems to achieve an improved navigation routing since the depiction on the device is similar to the view out the windscreen. Using Smart Zoom technology, the map view changes interactively, adjusting to the situation. Further highlights include a lane assistant, information about the current speed limit, a phonetically correct voice guidance for street names, etc. as well as an extremely fast route guidance. A TMC tuner for constantly updated traffic information, Bluetooth® with a hands-free set, and attractive features such as a phone book transfer, text message function, and audio streaming for MP3 and WMA sound files are already included.
