Howell Engine Developments, longstanding experts in EFI conversions, has released their new Twin Throttle Body Fuel Injection Kit that increases air and fuel flow for an instant horsepower boost.

Engines have to breathe. Like a carburetor for fuel injected engines, the throttle body controls the amount of air flowing into the engine in response to driver input. Howell Twin Throttle Body Fuel Injection Kits improve starting and drivability with noticeable power gains and gas mileage improvement with better air flow control and higher volume capacity. Controlled by a production based GM ECU, this system will provide improved performance and drivability, as well as improving closed loop fuel economy.

The system is designed for use on twin 4 barrel intake manifolds with 6 1/2? carb spacing.  It is optimized for use on small and large displacement V-8′S, and is compatible with electronic and mechanical distributors.  Howell’s Twin Throttle Body Fuel Injection Kit is available with a new intake manifold or adaptable to your existing manifold.  In addition to engine control, the included computer will also control a 4L60E OR 4L80E electronic transmissions.
