Forge Motorsport have just finished developing a new range of products for the BMW Mini R56 or 2007 model. Over the last eight years Forge Motorsport have grown in to one of the UK’s premier manufacturers of products and accessories for race, competition and road vehicles.

A Big Brake Kit for the 2007 onwards R56 model BMW Mini. This kit comprises of two 6 piston calipers with ventilated 330mm grooved discs and all the necessary mounting parts and brake lines. Also included are "fast road" brake pads. In order to install this kit wheels of at least 17" diameter are required.

The Induction Kit for The BMW Mini Cooper S replaces the original filter and air box to improve the breathing of your engine. Unlike many aftermarket induction kits, this kit maintains the intake of Colder air from the front of the vehicle to ensure that performance gains achieved through using a free flowing filter are not lost by drawing in warmer air from the engine bay. Users of this kit have reported back on the ease of installation and a sportier sound without being obtrusive.

For the 2007 onwards model (R56) BMW Mini Cooper S Turbo, Forge developed a more efficient intercooler. As a reduction in intake air temperature increases the density of the charge mixture within the combustion cylinder any temperature reductions will equate to more power. This intercooler is constructed using a combined 80/40mm high thermal efficiency core, with a 250% larger surface area and a 125% thicker base core, to achieve the best possible results. The intercooler achieves a significant reduction in temperature. In fact even in relatively low road speeds / air velocities our intercooler was able to better the OEM unit by nine degrees centigrade, with greater improvements being achievable during greater speeds during track testing. The replacement intercooler is supplied with all the mountings and a replacement lower grill to allow ease of installation.

This strut brace has been designed also. When it comes to structural strength this really is the best you can get, made from billet alloy on CNC machines and anodised for durability. Even if you were to ignore the stunning looks, this brace has been designed to illuminate any steering geometry changes that occur when the strut towers flex.
